Vaccinium corymbosum
Highbush Blueberry is a tall, fruit-producing shrub that offers multi-season visual interest along with edible fruit and high pollinator support. The spring season brings beautiful green leaves and tiny, pinkish-white bell shaped flowers, after which the ripening fruit appears along the stem.
In the Fall, the leaves turn brilliant shades of red and orange, making this plant a perfect replacement for the invasive Burning Bush .
Use: Just your average super delicious blueberry!
