Corydalis sempervirens, known by several common names, one being rock harlequin, is a low-growing biennial that is perfect for rock gardens (see, it's named well!) and border plantings. This plant produces clusters of unique, yellow and pink tubular flowers on upright stems. It thrives in sun to part sun in drier soils. Native to woodlands and rocky slopes in eastern North America, Corydalis sempervirens adds a pop of color to any shady garden setting.
